2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you submit through the enquiry form or send to us by email:
- Company name and country
- Name of the contact person
- Email address
- Commercial details of the enquiry — product category, quantity, destination country, preferred delivery term and any message you provide
We do not collect special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Enquiry data is retained for three years from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted.
Where a transaction is concluded, accounting and transaction records are retained for seven years, as required by the Estonian Accounting Act (Raamatupidamise seadus).

- Logistics, warehousing and customs-service partners, where this is necessary to perform a transaction you have requested
